His continuous presence is delaying the program.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe doesn\u2019t have the credibility to lead a debt restructuring program, hence his delegation of responsibility to a 5-member committee,\u201d he wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The first time MP added that Mr Ofori-Atta has lost the credibility of the entire nation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has lost the trust of many, including Members of Parliament and the whole country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA fresh face will bring the 3 C\u2019s. Competence, confidence and credibility,\u201d he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He concluded that, \u201che needs to help the President.
