{"id":1230948,"date":"2022-10-21T14:26:51","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T14:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/10\/21\/two-arrested-with-fake-270000-notes\/"},"modified":"2022-10-21T14:26:51","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T14:26:51","slug":"two-arrested-with-fake-270000-notes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/10\/21\/two-arrested-with-fake-270000-notes\/","title":{"rendered":"Two arrested with fake $270,000 notes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div wp_automatic_readability=\"32\">\n<p>The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arrested two suspected currency counterfeiters in Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>A statement issued by the EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, on Friday, October 21, 2022, identified the suspects as Johnson Olumoyegun and Tanko Abubakar.<\/p>\n<p>He said the suspects were arrested on Thursday and Friday, October 6 and 7, 2022 in Kubwa and Area 3 Axis of Abuja, with fake $270,000.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"890\" height=\"960\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-282.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2174364\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>In addition, Olumoyegun impersonated an officer of the Commission, using a fake EFCC ID card with the name Solomon David.
