Round 12 of the English Premier League wrapped its second-midweek fixtures of the season on Wednesday [October 20th, 2022] – and the quest for the Team of the Week based on individual and team performances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Manchester United and Crystal Palace following their separate victories at home – saw a combined six players featured [three each], with the rest selected from – Nottingham Forest, Southampton, Newcastle, West Ham <\/strong>and Liverpool<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An unusual display from Bruno Fernandes at Trafford this season against Tottenham Hotspur, commented Fred’s lead with the crucial second – he emerged as the star player of the week<\/strong> – shares such honour with on-loan teammate Dean Henderson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With creativity, balance plays and a good attack threat, no other player comes to mind than the 28-year-old Portuguese midfielder – who scored<\/strong> and registered the most key passes, 9,<\/strong> alongside the highest rating (9.4) <\/strong>according to sofascore.<\/p>\n

Henderson, on the other hand, was very influential in Nottingham Forest’s goalless draw with Brighton – held unto his guard in the goalpost – made the most saves (7) along with 3 clearances and a rating of 9.2 – the only player after Bruno Fernandes with a rating over 9.0 this week.<\/p>\n
