Senegalese-American singer Aliaune Damala Badara Akon Thiam, known mononymously as Akon has revealed how he spent over 100k cedis on his hairline.<\/h2>\n

In an interview with Bootleg Kev, the singer admitted he went to Turkey for \u201ca procedure\u201d to restore his hairline.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the beginning, my whole front was loose, it was real thin,\u201d the 49-year-old told Kev, who asked if it was a painful procedure. \u201cNah, no. The painful part is the beginning when they gotta numb you up. That numbing ain\u2019t no joke. They stick a needle like this big, non-stop.\u201d<\/p>\n

Akon confirmed that they took a graft, and overall he appears happy with what the doctors did despite the pain. \u201cIt looks amazing,\u201d he added<\/p>\n
