Kanye West seems to be ready to legally settle\u00a0his divorce\u00a0from his estranged wife Kim Kardashian after\u00a0hiring one of the most high-powered attorneys\u00a0in Hollywood.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the \u201cDonda\u201d rapper filed a \u201cdeclaration of disclosure,\u201d which is usually filed when a divorce case is on the verge of being settled.<\/p>\n

The documents also show that the 45-year-old has sent over all of his financial information to the reality star.<\/p>\n

While the former couple has agreed on how to split up their multibillion-dollar empire, there\u2019s no indication that they came to an agreement\u00a0on custody of their four children\u00a0\u2014 North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 \u2014 which might be an uphill battle for Kardashian.<\/p>\n

Despite saying he and Kardashian, who\u00a0filed for divorce\u00a0from the rapper in 2021, had been \u201cco-parenting\u201d better, West told Tucker Carlson earlier this month that he\u00a0isn\u2019t willing to \u201ccompromise\u201d\u00a0when it comes to his kids\u2019 education.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now we\u2019ve come to a compromise \u2014 but I\u2019m not finished because I don\u2019t compromise \u2014 but we\u2019ve come to a compromise that my kids come to my school after school and they learn choir,\u201d he told Carlson.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDonda\u201d rapper and reality star\u00a0have been feuding for months\u00a0about where to send their kids to school, with the rapper suggesting an \u201cidea\u201d that they split time between\u00a0their private school\u00a0and his Donda Academy.<\/p>\n

However, Kardashian has been reluctant to send their kids\u00a0to West\u2019s mysterious school,\u00a0which has yet to be accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.<\/p>\n

The Skims founder currently has custody of their children\u00a0\u201c80 percent\u201d of the time\u00a0and has reportedly cut off all communication from West amid\u00a0his social media tirades.<\/p>\n

Sources exclusively told Page Six that the beauty guru refuses to talk to West about their kids\u2019 schedules without her assistant.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have had zero communication in several weeks, and all communication regarding the\u00a0kids\u2019 schedules are now coordinated through assistants,\u201d an insider told us.<\/p>\n

Although Kardashian is \u201cvery upset\u201d about Ye\u2019s behaviour, the reality star knows \u201ceveryone is now seeing for themselves\u201d what was the \u201ccatalyst for the divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our insider added that Kardashian \u201cfelt it was best to end the marriage when she realized she could no longer help someone that didn\u2019t want to be helped.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ye\u2019s shocking decision to move forward with his divorce proceedings comes amid weeks of racist and anti-Semitic remarks from the \u201cHeartless\u201d rapper.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, West\u00a0claimed George Floyd died from a \u201cfentanyl\u201d overdose\u00a0rather than the brutal force used by then-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.<\/p>\n

Since the outlandish claims, Floyd\u2019s family has sued the rapper for $250 million for \u201cundermining & diminishing the Floyd family\u2019s fight.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the same interview, West\u00a0made a series of anti-Semitic comments\u00a0about \u201cthe Jewish media\u201d just days after being\u00a0banned from Instagram and Twitter\u00a0for making similar comments.<\/p>\n

In a since-deleted tweet the rapper wrote in a disturbing post: \u201cI\u2019m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I\u2019m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.\u201d<\/p>\n

His social media outbursts come after West made headlines for\u00a0wearing a \u201cWhite Lives Matter\u201d T-shirt\u00a0amid what his close friends are calling\u00a0his worst \u201cpsychiatric episode.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
