They are human beings and they want to go,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey also know it\u2019s a profession where things can happen and they are competing at the highest level and you can\u2019t avoid this sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s about dealing with the upset and we will help them with that.
