I wanted to have my issues talked about in some way,\u201d said Itkis, who is running in New York\u2019s newly redrawn 12th Congressional District.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Itkis, a registered Democrat whose bio describes him as \u201cNot married. No kids. Not celibate.
