On the recording, one nurse is heard telling the others to stop the recording.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou people should stop making the video. Somebody is dying, you people are making video\u201d, she scolded her colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>The video of his final moments outraged many who said that the TV star had been neglected at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Gbenga Omotosho, Lagos state commissioner of information, told the BBC that the hospital risked being shut down by the government after investigation has been concluded.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We lost him\u2026. She explained that\u00a0<em>Rico Swavey<\/em>\u00a0was still being revived when she left the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>She urged the public to remember Rico in their prayers because of his precarious situation.<\/p>\n<p>Details of what caused the accident and where it happened are yet to be known. But a video of Rico\u2019s car shows the extent of damage to the vehicle. The front of the vehicle was bashed in, and the windshield shattered.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-myjoyonline-com wp-block-embed-myjoyonline-com\"\/>\n<p><em>Rico Swavey<\/em>\u00a0became a reality TV star and ex-BBnaija housemate by default.
