Isaac Tetteh<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Former Hearts of Oak top executive, Isaac Tetteh, widely known as TT Brothers, has criticised the club\u2019s current management for terminating coach Samuel Boadu\u2019s contract ahead of their Champions League campaign.<\/p>\n The Uncle T United FC president\u2019s worry was Hearts management\u2019s failure finding a suitable replacement; with their continental assignment against AS Bamako few days ahead.<\/p>\n Last weekend, Hearts lost the first leg of their CAF Confederations Cup tie 0-3 to the Malian side, and that, coupled with the club\u2019s recent poor run, have stoked heated debate among members from the Phobian fraternity.<\/p>\n To TT Brothers, the club\u2019s top hierarchy should have factored in a lot of things, particularly the timing before ending their contract with Boadu.<\/p>\n He said, \u201cThis is quite worrying but I would not blame anyone but the management of the club for the troubles they are suffering. Look at the timing of coach Boadu\u2019s sacking, it was not the right time and till now I\u2019m very hurt that coach Boadu wasn\u2019t the man to lead the Phobians into Africa.<\/p>\n \u201cSometimes we say when players become used to a particular coach\u2019s tactics, it has advantages and disadvantages. A mutual understanding between the said coach and players at that particular moment existed, so going into Africa, coach Samuel Boadu should have been the best person to lead the team.\u201d<\/p>\n The TT Brothers Managing Director added, \u201cI was one of the individuals who pushed for him to be given a five-year contract so we could see what he could also do when the team goes to Africa.
