Work hasn\u2019t completed yet, but it\u2019s already falling off. How can I have the courage to use the recreational facility when it is completed?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am just surprised,\u201d another said. \u201cThe thing was raised too high. Assuming they had finished and people were using it, would have been a disaster.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sod was cut for the redevelopment of the Jackson\u2019s Park in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>When completed, the project would have a car park, shops, a recreational centre and spaces for social activities.<\/p>\n<p>The redevelopment forms part of a five-year project development plan under the Ghana Secondary City Development funded by the World Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Four projects are under the programme initiated in 2019 \u2013 the Jackson\u2019s Park Redevelopment, Nsukwao Basin, Ultra Modern Central Market and Mangoase Double Dekker Court.<\/p>\n<p><strong>By Yvonne Neequaye|3news.com|Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The cantilever roof on a portion of the on-going redevelopment at the Koforidua Jackson\u2019s Park has fallen off.
