The summons and the particulars are needed for Oliver\u2019s trial to start. <\/p>\n<p>It may be recalled that on 1st August, 222, the Ashaiman District Magistrate Court committed Oliver to stand trial on two counts of treason felony. By the Magistrate\u2019s orders, the trial was to start on 1st September, 22.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On 1st September, 20, the Attorney-General, without serving the summons or the particulars on Oliver or his lawyers, went to the High Court (Criminal Division 3), Accra, to start prosecution on Oliver\u2019s blind-side.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/2260decb9164459892f59cd8dfa0a7c9\"\/><\/p>\n<p>That day, according to media reports the High Court judge, Her Ladyship, Justice Mary Yanzuh, adjourned the case to 13th October, 202, and ordered the Attorney-General to cause the summons and the particulars to be served on Oliver.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On 27th September 2022, Oliver\u2019s lawyers wrote a letter to the Attorney-General and made a formal demand on him for the service of the summons and the particulars (see the receipt copy of the letter attached).<\/p>\n<p>Content created and supplied by: BATACH (via  Opera<br \/>\nNews )<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p class=\"copyright hide\">\n<span class=\"content\">    ,  .   ,     .
