And do the less-experienced IMF staff, their juniors by many years, know better than them such that they are running to them for policy advice?\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"579\" height=\"175\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/K1.png\" alt=\"\u201cHow can our policymakers bring economy to its knees when they claim to have best economists\u201d \u2013 IEA Director of Research\" class=\"wp-image-10032186769 lazy\"  data- title=\"\u201cHow can our policymakers bring economy to its knees when they claim to have best economists\u201d \u2013 IEA Director of Research\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>He further added that \u201chow did our economic managers get us to this point where we seem to have completely run out of money to pay contractors, DACF [District Assembly Common Fund], GHETFund, NHIF, Road Fund, Nursing Trainees, Teacher Trainees, NABCO, National Service, Personal School Feeding, and even some salaries?
