My leg suddenly swell and got worse by the day,\u201d he sadly narrated.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"20Qaqb8vCWo\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Strange disease almost killed Adom FM presenter\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/20Qaqb8vCWo?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>The presenter revealed all attempts by his parents for him to heal through mallams, hospitals, and pastors among others proved futile.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHope was completely lost because we couldn\u2019t establish what the problem was the once bubbly and lovable Ampofo Adjei no longer existed and everyone who saw me broke down in tears. I couldn\u2019t walk and had to be assisted even to urinate and use the toilet,\u201d he told\u00a0Afia Amankwa Tamakloe.<\/p>\n<p>Fast forward, he said one pastor Kwarteng, who is a good friend of his late father, Nana Ampofo Adjei, came to the house to visit and professed some solutions which enabled him to step on a recovery path.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pastor told me I was shot in my leg spiritually and as at now, I still have the scar on my leg and it indeed looks like a gunshot wound.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI remember he mixed okro with plantain and other ingredients which were tied on my leg.
