The All Progressives Congress (APC) gathering in Lagos, according to Doyin Okupe, Director-General of the Peter Obi presidential campaign, is nothing compared to that of the Labour Party (LP).<\/p>\n
During an interview with Channels Television, Okupe made fun of the ruling party.<\/p>\n
MC Oluomo, also known as Musiliu Akinsanya, the chairman of the management committee for the state parks and garages in Lagos, organised a \u201cfive million-man\u201d gathering earlier on Sunday in support of Bola Tinubu, the APC candidate.<\/p>\n
One week after LP supporters held similar rallies in other parts of Lagos, there was a sympathy march.<\/p>\n
Okupe stated that opposition parties are playing \u201ccatch-up\u201d to LP, adding that forensic analysis of videos from the APC rally showed that some participants were imported from other south-west states.<\/p>\n
\u201cOne of the greatest things that has happened in this dispensation is that a four-month-old party is now so much in leadership that parties that have existed for 20 years and more are playing a catch-up game and it is not being done very well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to congratulate the APC for the efforts made today. What you saw was not a Lagos rally. We are a very sophisticated group \u2014 a group driven by and powered by youths.<\/p>\n

We found out that\u2026 I personally can recognise about four or five people from my federal constituency, others can recongise people from Oyo, Osun, etc.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat you saw this morning was a south-west rally, not really a Lagos rally.
