She was asked her opinion on stringent punitive measures for rape perpetrators in Ghana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should rapists be castrated in addition to the jail terms?<\/p>\n<p>She went the tangent of humanity,<br \/>condemning suggestions of<br \/>castration of rapists.
