Keep it clean<\/strong><\/p>\n Yes, I know this sounds so basic, but you\u2019d be surprised how many people merrily walk around wearing dirty clothes. A little oil mark, old stain or dirty cuff can ruin any look.<\/p>\n Get those wrinkles out<\/strong><\/p>\n There\u2019s nothing more untidy looking than un-ironed garments. Whether you\u2019re wearing a designer brand or something from a fast fashion store, if it\u2019s full of creases, it just looks unkempt.<\/p>\n Stick to the basics<\/strong><\/p>\n While prints can be very trendy, classic neutrals go a long way. Wardrobe basics include good quality white t-shirts, crisp button-down shirts, neutral tone bottoms (skirts and pants) and a pair of simple jeans (no rips!). If your wardrobe is well coordinated, you\u2019ll look good no matter how you put an outfit together.<\/p>\n Always be well groomed<\/strong><\/p>\n Make sure that your hair is clean, your make-up is kept simple, and your nails are manicured. A slicked-back bun, nude nails and a barely-there make-up look with a red lips will always be a winner.<\/p>\n A good fit<\/strong><\/p>\n Your clothes can only look good if it fits properly. There\u2019s no point in buying great, good quality clothes and it\u2019s either way too small and you\u2019re squeezing yourself into them or too big that they look untidy. If you\u2019ve found a garment that fits perfectly in some areas of your body but perhaps too long or too wide at the waist, have it altered.<\/p>\n Keep your underwear out of sight<\/strong><\/p>\n There\u2019s nothing more unappealing than when a woman is wearing the cutest dress, but her bra straps are showing, especially when it\u2019s dirty bra straps! There are so many bra designs on the market now that can work with most styles.
