All those with challenges should go to the ECG offices for the issue to be resolved. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and we intend to do right for the people of Ghana,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"711\" height=\"386\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/ECG-krobo-3.jpg\" alt=\"Don\u2019t panic, buy prepaid credits; our systems are working now - ECG\" class=\"wp-image-10032108987 lazy\"  data- title=\"Don\u2019t panic, buy prepaid credits; our systems are working now - ECG\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Meanwhile, touching on the Public Utilities and Regulatory Commission (PURC)\u2019s directive for the institution to compensate the affected customers, he disagreed.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-myjoyonline-com wp-block-embed-myjoyonline-com\"\/>\n<p>Mr Mahama said that can only be \u201ccase by case basis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the compensation cannot be done overboard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we are also seeing is that just by one person saying something, there were panic buys.<\/p>\n<p>There were people that didn\u2019t need to form queues but were in the queues.
