After that video, the Ghana Police Service called on Ghanaians to assist them to arrest this man and rescue the child. The police service even promised an amount of GH\u00a22,000.00 to everyone that can assist them with the location of this man and his child.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBut up till now, the child has not been located. It appears this wicked man is living in a typical village with his wife and son. This might be the reason why the man has still not been located. In this new video, the man recorded the poor little child with his neck tied with a rope. You can&#8217;t arrest and do anything to me&#8221;. Some social media users after coming across this video couldn&#8217;t keep mute over it. They stated that what the man is doing is very inhuman. How can he treat his child like this?
