My whole family is catching the bullet. Everybody who knows nothing about the situation is catching heat.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<p><div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"zyV1jmztmPg\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"I am getting threats after the re-emergence of my old negative tweets \u2013 KiDi | Daybreak Hitz\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zyV1jmztmPg?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>KiDi added, \u201cIt is sad to see that people out there don\u2019t care about who you are. They don\u2019t care about who you were 10 years ago. They don\u2019t care. That\u2019s who you are.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI see the insults, the threats, the personal attacks,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Gyal Dem Sugar\u2019 hitmaker added that he is hoping that the people he attacked will understand that everyone mistakes and everyone has a past.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m guessing all these people have families, I\u2019m guessing all these people are not perfect, but you would they will understand that human beings make mistakes and you learn from them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This comes after his old tweets \u2013 which resurfaced on Wednesday \u2013 saw him swipe at Sarkodie, Delay, and Yvonne Nelson.<\/p>\n<p>KiDi apologised to the public admitting that at the time he was not only young but ignorant and did not understand the repercussions of his words and actions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI tweeted things that were inappropriate and unkind. As I mature, I came to be extremely regretful of these actions and how they affected the parties involved,\u201d the singer wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Opening up about how he has grown to be a much better person. KiDi said that \u201cA lot of the things and values we hold now, we had to go through certain things in life to arrive at this place that we are.<\/p>\n<p>We had to unlearn a lot of things we grew up with and relearn certain things to also know that this is not okay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The singer added he had wished that all the attention would have been directed to his 4PLAY EP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would have wanted all the attention to go to my EP, that is what I would have wanted, at a point when it was happening I was like wow, were all these people when I released my EP,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myjoyonline.com\/i-am-still-receiving-threats-from-people-on-social-media-kidi\/\">Source<\/a> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Musician KiDi has revealed that he is still getting threats from fans of other celebrities after his old tweets were leaked.
