That is what we are picking,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"300\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" allow=\"autoplay\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/1356033394&#038;color=%23ff5500&#038;auto_play=false&#038;hide_related=false&#038;show_comments=true&#038;show_user=true&#038;show_reposts=false&#038;show_teaser=true&#038;visual=true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>According to him, this information has sparked outrage in ECG\u2019s IT sector. This, he noted, has resulted in some of the vending challenges being experienced.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Jinapor also questioned why ECG is introducing a new company called Hubtel when \u201can ingenious company has been able to develop a local app that sells power at no cost.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also questioned why ECG does not have a backup system in this modern day.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, he noted that the Minority will on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 \u201cescalate this matter and pursue it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the Managing Director of ECG, Samuel Mahama should at this moment know whether its system has been hacked or not, adding that \u201cthis should be a very simple basic issue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, ECG says 95% of its customers can now access its prepaid vending services nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>According to the power distributor, the challenges with its prepaid system have been largely resolved nationwide, and, therefore, customers can refill their empty swipe cards.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the press on Monday morning, the General Manager for External Communications, Charles Nii Ayiku Ayiku, said he is hopeful that the prepaid services will be fully operational by the close of business on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe do know exactly what the challenge is and clearly we\u2019ve solved the problem.
