Many questioned who would take the mantle of the Black Panther while a section called for a recast.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Empire magazine, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said, \u201cIt just felt like it was much too soon\u201d to recast the late actor, who died at the age of 43 from colon cancer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"RlOB3UALvrQ\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Marvel Studios\u2019 Black Panther: Wakanda Forever | Official Teaser\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RlOB3UALvrQ?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>\u201cStan Lee always said that Marvel represents the world outside your window. And we had talked about how, as extraordinary and fantastical as our characters and stories are, there\u2019s a relatable and human element to everything we do,\u201d Feige said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dThe world is still processing the loss of Chad. And [director] Ryan [Coogler] poured that into the story.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-myjoyonline-com wp-block-embed-myjoyonline-com\"\/>\n<p>The question that still lingers over the trailer is \u2018who will take on the mantle of the Black Panther?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Unlike the teaser, the new trailer shows a better look at the mysterious new Black Panther, who appears to be a woman in a brand new suit.
