An oil marketing company, Oval Energy Company Limited has dissociated itself from claims that it contributed to infractions in the sale of fuel in the Savannah Region.<\/p>\n
Reports had indicated that a filling station was shut down at Gindabour.<\/p>\n
The facility, which was found after intelligence operations by the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) believed that the station was operating via third party activities.<\/p>\n
It was subsequently reported that the station was operating under the sponsorship of Oval Energy Company Limited.<\/p>\n
However, the company has taken exception to this claim.<\/p>\n Though Oval Energy supports moves by the regulator to ensure parity in the energy sector, it insists that it has nothing to do with the said breaches.<\/p>\n In a statement signed by Oval\u2019s Corporate Affairs Manager, Praise Awisi Bogobley rejected the assertions.
