Mike Tyson said his sciatica flare-ups get so bad that he \u201ccan\u2019t even talk.\u201d<\/p>\n

During a recent interview with\u00a0Newsmax TV, Tyson addressed his \u201conly health problem\u201d after the\u00a0former heavyweight champion\u00a0was photographed\u00a0in a wheelchair\u00a0at Miami International Airport last month.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have sciatica every now and then, it flares up,\u201d he told the outlet,\u00a0per DailyMail. \u201cWhen it flares up, I can\u2019t even talk! Thank God it\u2019s the only health problem I have.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sciatica is pain that travels along the sciatic nerve, which runs from the lower back down one or both legs to the feet.<\/p>\n

Tyson said he is feeling \u201csplendid now,\u201d and that \u201ceverybody in my house is truly blessed and we\u2019re all very grateful for whatever we have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last month, the boxing legend raised concern amongst fans when he was seen in a wheelchair at the airport in Miami. The 56-year-old, who was holding a walking stick in his lap at the time, posed for selfies with fans as he was wheeled through the terminal by an airport employee.<\/p>\n

The sighting came three weeks after Tyson was seen moving gingerly while out in New York City.<\/p>\n

Tyson appeared to be moving well at the U.S. Open earlier this month, where he attended Serena Williams\u2019 last match at Arthur Ashe stadium in Flushing Meadows.<\/p>\n

In July, Tyson worried some fans when he confessed that he believes his \u201cexpiration date\u201d is soon approaching.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re all gonna die one day, of course,\u201d Tyson\u00a0said on the \u201cHotboxin\u2019\u201d podcast. \u201cThen, when I look in the mirror, I see those little spots on my face, I say, \u2018Wow. That means my expiration date is coming close, really soon.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The support Tyson receives from his fans is something he doesn\u2019t take for granted.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I\u2019m overrated. No one deserves this much love,\u201d\u00a0he told The Post\u00a0in an interview earlier this month while at the new Apothecarium cannabis dispensary in Lodi, NJ.<\/p>\n

Tyson, who called it a career in 2005, has since immersed himself in the cannabis business.<\/p>\n
