This simply means that, the first time in 2018 when Aisha Huang was being prosecuted, Akufo Addo and the executive arm of government stopped it. Akufo Addo instructed the Attorney General to discontinue the case because today, you are instructing the Attorney General to prosecute Aisha Huang. So, it is becoming clear that the first time Aisha Huang was sent to the court, it was the President that instructed the Attorney General to discontinue the case; that is why today, he is now instructing the Attorney General to go and prosecute Aisha Huang. Till date, we have not been told why the Attorney General discontinued the case in 2018. The Attorney General\u2019s office have not come out to explain why a whole government will discontinue a case like that.
