Nicki Minaj is suing blogger Nosey Heaux for calling her a \u201ccokehead.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to court docs obtained by Page Six, the rapper, 39, claims that Nosey Heaux \u2014 born Marley Green \u2014 posted a video Monday that included allegations of drug use.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201c[Minaj is] shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it\u2019s true,\u201d Nosey Heaux allegedly said via social media.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cF\u2014k, listen, I can\u2019t even say allegedly with that \u2019cause I \u2014 we all know it\u2019s true. I\u2019m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.\u201d<\/p>\n

Minaj is also upset with Nosey Heaux for allegedly making disparaging comments about her 1-year-old son, whom the musician shares with husband Kenneth Petty.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Petty, 44, is\u00a0a registered sex offender\u00a0convicted of attempting to rape a 16-year-old girl in 1994. Per the docs, the blogger claimed the couple\u2019s son needs therapy because, \u201cYour baby is going to be a rapist, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMarley Green is a disgrace \u2014 someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki\u2019s 1-year-old son.\u00a0When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name \u2019Nosey Heaux\u2019 because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment,\u201d Minaj\u2019s attorney,\u00a0Judd Burstein, told Page Six in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate.\u00a0My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

The \u201cStarships\u201d singer is suing Nosey Heaux for defamation, claiming she\u2019s never used cocaine and is seeking damages of no less than $75,000.<\/p>\n

After Minaj chose to sue Nosey Heaux, the blogger shared screenshots of an alleged Instagram direct message exchange with the hip-hop star.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Nosey Heaux then followed up with, \u201cAre you ok Nicki? File your lawsuit ok? I\u2019m not afraid and I won\u2019t be intimidated.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Minaj allegedly replied, \u201cYAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
