With the knowledge, performance of employees can be assessed,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>To help train the youth in data science, Kumasi Hive has partnered with Mastercard Foundation to train young people in the Kumasi Metropolis.<\/p>\n<p>The Kumasi South Startup Summit under the theme, \u201cData Science for Sustainable Development and Job Creation within the Kumasi Ecosystem\u201d trained thirty youth in the field.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-09-15-at-4.58.47-PM-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Entrepreneurs urged to capitalise on data science to sustain their businesses\" class=\"wp-image-10032171813 lazy\"  data- title=\"Entrepreneurs urged to capitalise on data science to sustain their businesses\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Trainees received digital skills which put them in a position to secure sustainable employment.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, trainees were put in groups to pitch data-driven business ideas.<\/p>\n<p>Group Damima created a dashboard which helps businesses track their activities.<\/p>\n<p>With the dashboard, cash flows are easily tracked.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The dashboard\u00a0helps businesses make analyses and visualize how their products do.
