Gospel musician Diana Asamoah has said that she is thankful to have worked with her former executive producer Emmanuel Anane Frimpong.<\/p>\n
In a letter addressed to Mr Frimpong, the singer noted that she is appreciative to him and his company Frimprince Productions.<\/p>\n
\u201cI, Evangelist Diana Asamoah, will use this opportunity to say a very big thank you for all the good works you have done for me. I really appreciate your strives and efforts. May the Good Lord bless and replenish all that you have put in to help His good work,\u201d parts of the letter signed by Diana Asamoah reads.<\/p>\n
She stated that she accepts Mr Frimpong\u2019s decision to terminate their agreement after so many years.<\/p>\n
This comes after Frimprince Productions terminated its contract with veteran gospel singer Diana Asamoah.<\/p>\n
The company owned by the musician\u2019s long-time producer, Mr. Frimpong, pulled the plugs on their relationship of nearly 22 years.<\/p>\n
In a letter addressed to Diana Asamoah, in August, Mr. Frimpong noted that on \u201cseveral\u201d occasions, she has breached the verbal agreement that binds them thus the termination.<\/p>\n
Among other things, the company took ownership of the singer\u2019s verified Facebook page \u2018The Evangelist Diana Asamoah\u2019, dissociated itself from Abba Father, an annual gospel concert and the singer\u2019s company, Mabo Wo Din.<\/p>\n
They also stated that Frimprince Production \u201cshall continue to have absolute rights over all works that were produced under the production.<\/p>\n
However, although Diana Asamoah agreed to some terms of the termination, including disassociation from ABBA Father and her company, Mabo Wo Din, she raised objections to others.<\/p>\n
On Mr. Frimpong\u2019s decision to claim ownership of some of her works, Diana Asamoah directed him to consult with the co-writer of the songs before an agreement is reached.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith reference to the conclusive Part of your letter I Plead to differ, any future issues with regards to Me (Evangelist Diana Asamoah) using the songs, remaking or remixing them should kindly be channelled to Pastor Simon Boama the writer and author of the songs,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
