A company by the name Frimprince Productions have terminated their contract with veteran gospel singer Diana Asamoah.<\/p>\n

The company owned by the musician\u2019s long-time producer Emmanuel Anane Frimpong pulled the plug on their relations after nearly 22 years.<\/p>\n

In a letter addressed to Diana Asamoah, Mr Frimpong noted that on \u201cseveral\u201d occasions she has breached the agreement that binds them thus the termination.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Frimprince Productions in the letter listed the terms of termination the gospel musician is expected to comply with.<\/p>\n

The company, they stated, \u201cshall continue to have absolute rights over all works that were produced under the production.\u201d<\/p>\n

They include\u00a0 \u2018Wo Na Mani Agyina Wo\u2019, \u2018Mabowodin\u2019, \u2018Akoko Abon\u2019, \u2018Madansidie\u2019, \u2018Pentecost Gya\u2019, \u2018Momomme\u2019, \u2018Wo Damu Fua\u2019, \u2018Tetelesta\u2019 and \u2018Pentecost Soree\u2019.<\/p>\n

Among other things, Diana Asamoah is \u201crestricted from referring to Mr Anane Frimpong as your executive producer. You will no longer have access to any of our digital platforms.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company is also taking ownership of the singer\u2019s verified Facebook page \u2018The Evangelist Diana Asamoah\u2019.<\/p>\n

Diana Asamoah is also \u201crestricted from using from using Frimprince logo on any of your new songs.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company also dissociated itself from Abba Father, an annual gospel concert headlined by Diana Asamoah.<\/p>\n
