Some 16,000 are out of school. <\/p>\n<p>Very worrying situation. Now the point is, the current government has been bragging about the impact they&#8217;ve had on education. Why not been felt in all areas? <\/p>\n<p>Essentially, the reports claimed that From 2015 to 2020, Parliament approved GH$59.2 million\u00a0for special education. Out of the approved amount, only GH$38 million (64.54%) was released.<\/p>\n<p>This gives the impression that monies have gone uncounted. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/2589e8ae5f0040eebe91658dec05faf1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>So sad to see this allegation coming out in a very crucial sector. <\/p>\n<p>Further, in 2020, out of GHC 12.8 million approved budget, only GHC 4 million (32%) was released.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, only 32 percent of the funds released to the special education area under the education sector is unacceptable. <\/p>\n<p>Sadly, these funds are not given entirely as reported by the AG. <\/p>\n<p>Questions are being asked where do those monies go to? <\/p>\n<p>The answers are yet to be supplied. <\/p>\n<p>Source: eduwatch <\/p>\n<p>Content created and supplied by: Primetime (via  Opera<br \/>\nNews )<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p class=\"copyright hide\">\n<span class=\"content\">    ,  .   ,     .
