I am devastated that my time at Chelsea has come to an end,\u201d Tuchel wrote on Twitter on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a club where I felt at home, both professionally and personally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tuchel made an instant impact when he replaced Frank Lampard in January 2021, reviving the team\u2019s Premier League season and taking them to the Champions League final where they beat Manchester City.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pride and joy I felt at helping the team to win the Champions League and the Club World Cup will stay with me forever,\u201d Tuchel said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am honoured to have been a part of this club\u2019s history and the memories of the last 19 months will always have a special place in my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 2 -->\n\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Thomas Tuchel Thomas Tuchel said he was \u201cdevastated\u201d after being sacked as manager of Chelsea following a poor start to the season.
