Ghanaians massively react as his excellency Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia sent out a congratulatory message to the president elect of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto. <\/span><\/p>\n Mr William Samoei Ruto was just declared as the president elect after a fierce competition with Raila Odinga a man who h<\/span>as played his part, and in no small part, in bringing Kenyan democracy and constitutionalism where it is today.
