She never dreamt of becoming a comedian but by listening to the advice of her mother, today she would be the first female to headline a standup comedy show here in Ghana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jacinta Asi Ocansey who is known in showbiz as Jacinta will make history come October 8, 2022 with a comedy show themed \u201cOne Night Stand\u201d at the National Theater.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ghanaian born Nigerian has being in the entertainment industry for almost a decade and has performed in many countries the UK, US, Nigeria and Dubai just to mention a few. <\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201cQueen Of Ghana Comedy\u201d has won herself numerous awards for being the best at what she does and some of the awards includes the Ghana Tertiary Awards, Most Influential Student Comedian, Most Popular and Entertaining Student.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a post cited on her Instagram page and other social media platforms the female comedian said the day would be a historic one and ribs would be cracked with lots of laughter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jacinta has performed with lots of famous comedians like<\/span> Buchi (Lagos), Shakara and the Gang (Lagos), Comedy Express, Girltalk, Laughline.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Feb 11 2022, she performed at Leicester Square Theater and Indigo O2 Arena UK with Nigeria\u2019s biggest comedian celebrity Basket Mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n

She’s starred in movies and music videos with great actors and actresses like Yvonne Nelson, DKB, Kofi Kinaata and many others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
