Women in society are recognized and celebrated on various occasions and in various forms to appreciate their diverse contributions to various aspects of life, and they are a “tree of life” to veteran hip-hop artist Okyeame Kwame.<\/p>\n

This impression of women is what inspired him to write “Woman,” a new song featuring Sister Afia.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Angel FM’s Y’adwuma Nie show, hosted by DJ Ohemaa Woyeje, the artiste deduced that God was a woman because the Supreme Being’s traits are portrayed in some of the things women do in society, according to him.<\/p>\n

“As a result, your perception of women changes once you realize they are the ones who created the world.” “Women are the reason for our existence,” he asserted.<\/p>\n

According to the songwriter, the song was inspired by his daughter.<\/p>\n

Okyeame Kwame decided to write it before his daughter grows up in a male-dominated society, to hold her to a higher standard.<\/p>\n

“I wrote this song to honor women,” the singer said again.<\/p>\n

“As a result, I wanted to emphasize the methods we use to bother women, such as how having a male child is far superior to having a female child,” Okyeame Kwame explained.<\/p>\n
