However, the team has made a bright start having beaten Benin in the first round qualifiers in the 4-0 goal aggregates.<\/p>\n<p>In the final round of games, the Galaxies defeated the Super Eagles B of Nigeria in the first leg at the Cape Coast Stadium.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/22191989129,1002554\/MGL\/mgl_ado_atunwa_300x250 --><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-20-at-2.00.31-PM-1-1024x683-1.jpeg\" alt=\"GFA boss, Kurt Okraku\" class=\"wp-image-2061006\"  \/><figcaption>GFA boss, Kurt Okraku<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ahead of the return leg at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja this weekend, Mr. Okraku, who is the President of the Ghana Football Association [GFA],\u00a0speaking at the 28th edition of Congress at Prampram, insisted that the team must book a place in the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>He also lauded the technical team for their job so far.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ ALSO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must qualify for the African Nations Championship [CHAN] this time around,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe technical team, which is led by Annor Walker has done a wonderful job with the Black Galaxies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis time around, the team must qualify because they are playing some good football. We must, we must qualify for the CHAN tournament,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Black Galaxies will leave the shores of Ghana on Friday for the game.
