Every policy is reviewed to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The Free SHS is very effective, but not cost-efficient. Welcome to the free SHS Review Conversation, Mr President.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Asare said the conversation must focus on reducing cost while maintaining the same level of effectiveness, \u201ci.e. cost optimization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eduwatch stressed that, \u201cAt the end of the day, what we must note is, other countries are spending less than half of what we are putting into free SHS, yet achieving the same results.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have been seated in this review auditorium for 24 months now. We are glad you finally joined us to lead the conversation.
