Most of the district offices of the NHIA are poorly resourced, some don\u2019t even have basic equipments to work.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The scheme is owing many service providers, many of them threatening to withdraw their services.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;How can you be surviving on taxes, and use proceeds to sponsor a private  like a football club ?
