But it takes a lot of effort to forgive. I\u2019ve really made an active effort, especially knowing that I can say anything,\u201d Meghan continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have a lot to say until I don\u2019t. Do you like that? I was really ashamed to say it at the time and ashamed to have to admit it to Harry, especially, because I know how much loss he\u2019s suffered,\u201d the Duchess continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I knew that if I didn\u2019t say it, that I would do it. I just didn\u2019t want to be alive anymore.
