Artiste Manager George Britton, has shared his experience with events and their associated issues, stating that he has learnt some lessons in his line of work.<\/p>\n
According to him, event promoters go to the farthest lengths to get artistes on their bills without taking into consideration possible hindrances. <\/p>\n
He shared this opinion on Showbiz A-Z <\/strong>on Joy FM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The CEO of GB Africa related to Host George Quaye, while citing summer periods as an example, \u201cif you\u2019re not careful, you take so many shows and you might be missing a lot of them. These promoters also come in with sweet words but at the end of the day a lot of things happen\u201d, he revealed.<\/p>\n George Britton noted that in all his dealings, maintaining a good name is paramount. His submission was tailored to efforts in ensuring that artistes and their team show up for events they are booked for. \u201cWe\u2019ve learnt our lesson, we do not take more than a show, especially if it\u2019s beyond or outside Accra or outside our space where we find ourselves. We can\u2019t be in London and perform in Manchester on the same day\u201d, he added.<\/p>\n Showbiz A-Z<\/strong> is Ghana\u2019s most authoritative entertainment talk show which airs on Joy 99.7 FM<\/strong>, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm every Saturday.
