{"id":1194022,"date":"2022-08-29T16:35:57","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T16:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/29\/bisa-kdei-to-celebrate-10-years-with-an-indigo-o2-concert-starr-fm\/"},"modified":"2022-08-29T16:35:57","modified_gmt":"2022-08-29T16:35:57","slug":"bisa-kdei-to-celebrate-10-years-with-an-indigo-o2-concert-starr-fm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/29\/bisa-kdei-to-celebrate-10-years-with-an-indigo-o2-concert-starr-fm\/","title":{"rendered":"Bisa Kdei to celebrate 10 years with an Indigo O2 concert \u2014 Starr Fm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>It\u2019s been 10 years of staying relevant in the music industry and Bisa Kdei is celebrating with a concert at the Indigo at The O2, London, on November 18.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the concert will get him closer to his fans outside the country. \u201cAfter the concert in the UK, I do another one in Ghana all in the name of celebrating my success.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about his upcoming concert, Bisa Kdei said \u201dIt is a great feeling to stage this concert in the UK as I celebrate 10 years of doing music, and I want to urge my fans to come out in their numbers to support me.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to appreciate my fans who played a vital role in my success story as a musician, and November\u2019s concert will be remembered for a long time,\u201d Bisa Kdei stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt these concerts, I will perform all the popular songs that I am known for\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The song,\u00a0Azonto Ghost\u00a0was well received and instantly made Bisa Kdei a household name.<\/p>\n<p>And to ensure his name resounded in the ears of Ghanaians, Bisa Kdei has since produced three beautiful albums oozing with hit songs such as \u2018Odo Carpenter\u2019, \u2018Over\u2019, \u2018Asew\u2019, \u2018Brother Brother,\u2019 \u2018Mansa\u2019, \u2018Metanfo\u2019, \u2018Kakape\u2019, \u2018Baba\u2019, \u2018Jwe\u2019, \u2018Fakye\u2019 among others.<\/p>\n<p>His song, \u2018Asew\u2019 on his \u2018Highlife Connet\u2019 album released in 2018 was featured in a Nextflix production, Jingle Jangle in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa Kdei, who is the headline act for the concert, will be joined by some other music greats as they are expected to thrill music lovers with some amazing musical performances.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa Kdei is the first Ghanaian artiste to break into the limelight with a movie soundtrack,\u00a0Azonto Ghost. The following year, the song won Best Sound Track of the Year at\u00a0Ghana Movie Awards\u00a02013 and\u00a0Kumawood Awards\u00a02013.<\/p>\n<p>His music journey has seen him collaborate with some top musicians in Ghana as well as foreign ones including Sarkodie, D-Black, Efya, Obrafour, Kwaw Kese, M.anifest, Stonebwoy, Medikal, Becca, E.L, R2Bees, Samini, Irene Logan, Kofi Nti, Keche, Lighter, Patoranking and Reekado Banks. One of his songs \u2018Asew\u2019 was featured on Jingle Jangle on Netflix in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa Kdei self-produced some of these collaborations from his studio;\u00a0Chingam\u00a0with Sarkodie,\u00a0One of Your Own\u00a0with Efya,\u00a0Pimpinaa\u00a0with Obrafour, etc.<\/p>\n<p>He has cited Nana Kwame Ampadu, J.A.
