{"id":1193834,"date":"2022-08-29T14:19:12","date_gmt":"2022-08-29T14:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/29\/bisa-kdei-celebrates-10-years-in-with-a-concert\/"},"modified":"2022-08-29T14:19:12","modified_gmt":"2022-08-29T14:19:12","slug":"bisa-kdei-celebrates-10-years-in-with-a-concert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/29\/bisa-kdei-celebrates-10-years-in-with-a-concert\/","title":{"rendered":"Bisa Kdei Celebrates 10 Years In  With A Concert |"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The song,\u00a0Azonto Ghost\u00a0was well received and instantly made Bisa Kdei a household name.<\/p>\n<p>And to ensure his name resounded in the ears of Ghanaians, Bisa Kdei has since produced three beautiful albums oozing with hit songs such as\u00a0Odo Carpenter, Over, Asew, Brother Brother, Mansa, Metanfo, Kakape, Baba, Jwe, Fakye\u00a0among others.<\/p>\n<p>His song,\u00a0Asew\u00a0on his\u00a0Highlife Connet\u00a0album released in 2018 was featured in a\u00a0Nextflix\u00a0production,\u00a0Jingle Jangle\u00a0in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been 10 years of staying relevant in the music industry and Bisa Kdei is celebrating with a concert at the Indigo at The O2, London, on November 18.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in an interview with\u00a0Graphic , Bisa Kdei said \u201dIt is a great feeling to stage this concert in the UK as I celebrate 10 years of doing music, and I want to urge my fans to come out in their numbers to support me.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I want to appreciate my fans who played a vital role in my success story as a musician, and November\u2019s concert will be remembered for a long time,\u201d Bisa Kdei stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the concert will get him closer to his fans outside the country. \u201cAfter the concert in the UK, I do another one in Ghana all in the name of celebrating my success.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;At these concerts, I will perform all the popular songs that I am known for\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa Kdei is the first Ghanaian artiste to break into the limelight with a movie soundtrack,\u00a0Azonto Ghost. The following year, the song won Best Sound Track of the Year at\u00a0Ghana Movie Awards\u00a02013 and\u00a0Kumawood Awards\u00a02013.<\/p>\n<p>His music journey has seen him collaborate with some top musicians in Ghana as well as foreign ones including Sarkodie, D-Black, Efya, Obrafour, Kwaw Kese, M.anifest, Stonebwoy, Medikal, Becca, E.L, R2Bees, Samini, Irene Logan, Kofi Nti, Keche, Lighter, Patoranking and Reekado Banks. One of his songs Asew was featured on Jingle Jangle on Netflix in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa Kdei self-produced some of these collaborations from his studio;\u00a0Chingam\u00a0with Sarkodie,\u00a0One of Your Own\u00a0with Efya,\u00a0Pimpinaa\u00a0with Obrafour, etc.<\/p>\n<p>He has cited Nana Kwame Ampadu, J.A.
