The Kumasi Traditional Council which is having it’s head at Manhyia has forced Oyerepa FM to close down. All their staff Ante Naa have left for their various homes until further notice.<\/p>\n

According to Onua TV’s report, Bantamahene Baffuor Amankwatia VI\u00a0who represented the Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu gave the above others to the radio and Television station. <\/span><\/p>\n

The report further explained that, Oyerepa FM has been accused of giving Akwasi Addai Odike the platform to criticise the Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu of engaging in galamsey.<\/span><\/p>\n

OYEREPA FM MANAGEMENT STANDING BEFORE THE MANHYIA PANEL <\/strong><\/p>\n

After banishing Akwasi Addai Odike over his comment against the Manhyia kingdom, Management of Oyerepa FM were summoned before the Manhyia throne. Before the elders, Oyerepa FM management were asked to disperse their workers and close down their station. Again, when Manhyia gives them the order to come on air, they must apologise unreservedly for allowing Odike to accuse them on their platform.<\/span><\/p>\n
