John Kumah has boldly told critics of Ken Ofori-Atta over alleged conflict of interest with Databank to go to court. Over the week, veteran journalist, KKD accused the finance minister of engaging in a conflict of interest when his bank, Databank bank is used to get loans from the bond market, and he is paid handsomely for that.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/02155d6a273f4832897e13fbb1372fb5\"\/><\/p>\n<p>During KKD\u2019s submission on Ghana Television, he revealed that \u201cGhana is getting poor with numerous borrowing but Ken Ofori-Atta and others are getting poor because they benefit\u201d. Meanwhile, deputy finance minister, John Kumah while reacting to these allegations on Joy News revealed that anyone who doesn&#8217;t agree can go to Court.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/9ea535d15e944b3c9a8bf98d226bb7ce\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201c Those who are so pained by the current situation should go to court. Either the Supreme Court or High Court so that we can all be guided. As far as I&#8217;m concerned, they are living within the laws of the country. Even in their settings, they disclosed it, and every information has been put out there.
