{"id":1179409,"date":"2022-08-16T05:50:30","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T05:50:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/16\/the-state-of-assin-asano-a-community-of-800-people-which-is-3-5-km-from-assin-jakai-in-the-c-r\/"},"modified":"2022-08-16T05:50:30","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T05:50:30","slug":"the-state-of-assin-asano-a-community-of-800-people-which-is-3-5-km-from-assin-jakai-in-the-c-r","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2022\/08\/16\/the-state-of-assin-asano-a-community-of-800-people-which-is-3-5-km-from-assin-jakai-in-the-c-r\/","title":{"rendered":"The State Of Assin Asano, A Community Of 800 People Which Is 3.5 Km From Assin Jakai In The C\/R"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<article>\n<p>Assin Asano is a smaller cocoa farming community of about eight hundred population which is 3.5km from Assin Jakai.<\/p>\n<p>It is located just before Mmorho which is about a kilometer far and Aben 2km far from Assin Asano all in the Assin South District of the central region.<\/p>\n<p>The two aforementioned cocoa farming communities, thus Mmorho and Aben have their way through Assin Asano before they access a market and health facility at Assin Jakai and Nyankumasi Ahenkro respectively sharing the same six years broken bridge.<\/p>\n<p>The community has a basic school ranging from Kindergarten to Jhs.3 and two boreholes with one spoilt.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the residents living in the area are Christians and Moslems having churches like New Apostolic Church, Old Apostolic Church, Methodist and a mosque.<\/p>\n<p>Assin Asano is in the Assin South District of the Central Region, having a large river called &#8216;Anwinasu&#8217; just before you enter the community as well as the other two and was previously having a bridge on the river bridging the communities but got broken in July 2018 has since not been repaired.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/05fd3aca3f41489e80f9b08d0b342e0f\"\/><\/p>\n<p>All the three communities market their farm produce at Nyankumasi Ahenkro and access a health facility at either Assin Jakai, Nyankumasi Ahenkro, Abura Kwadoegya or Abura Dunkwa.<\/p>\n<p>Asano shares a common festival (Ahobo Yam Festival ) with Assin Bosomadwe being their traditional rulers.<\/p>\n<p>Content created and supplied by: Randasty (via  Opera<br \/>\nNews )<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p class=\"copyright hide\">\n<span class=\"content\">    ,  .   ,     .
