\nThe leader of the Ghana Freedom Party. (GFP) Madam Ekua Donko has stressed the need for the government of the New Patriotic Party to cause the arrest of the former President, Mr John Dramani Mahama.<\/p>\n
The reasons Ekua\u00a0Donko assigned to justify her claim was that the former President John Dramani Mahama had made an alleged assertion that the Ndc would meet the Npp, boot for![](\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/a51f6c3bb0db4f569c40d6fd25a0dc9f\"\/)
boot in the 2024 general elections.<\/p>\n
Madam Ekua Donko alleged that Mr Mahama’s statement clearly shows that he has a hidden agenda or he is prepared for war in 2024 should his party lost the elections.<\/p>\n
Ekua Donko indicated that as a matured politician who believes that her party is going to win the elections in the 2024 to enable her become the next President, she cannot take\u00a0Mr Mahama’s statement for granted hence his call on the Inspector General of Police to arrest the Ndc Presidential candidate for questions.<\/p>\n
\u00a0According to the politician who was speaking to a section of the media she has already petitioned the Attorney General over the boot for boot comments the former President made.<\/p>\n
He alleged that the statement pose a serious treat to the country and hoped that the police boss will act swiftly to enable the former President to justify himself.<\/p>\n
Ghana as a peaceful country is not ready to welcome that could create tension to the disadvantage of the citizenry, Ekua Donko pointed out.<\/p>\n
