If you watch the video carefully, you can see that about 20 ladies on the floor busily winding their waists continuously.<\/p>\n<p>However, they were winding their waists slowly so the gym instructor was seen  these ladies to wind their waists faster. The ladies were after this command from their gym instructor seen winding their waists faster and more passionately. How they were winding their waists suggested to some people that they are purposely training to impress their partners in bed.<\/p>\n<p>This propelled some social media users to ask if this is also a type of exercise that a person should go and do at the gym.
