Kwadwo Damoah (Rtd) after he was indicted in the investigative report.<\/p>\n<p>For Col. Damoah (Rtd), Special Prosecutor released the report with a malicious intent to discredit the Customs officers.<\/p>\n<p>Col Damoah (Rtd) believes \u201cis trying to indict the deputy and myself and anyone of you who has read that report, very well, will know the basis of that.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-myjoyonline-com wp-block-embed-myjoyonline-com\"\/>\n<p>However, Mr. Kpebu believes that the  of the Customs boss was out of order.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on <strong>Joy FM<\/strong>\u2019s<strong> Super Morning Show<\/strong> on Thursday, the legal practitioner argued that the facts clearly show that the Company did not deserve the waiver.<\/p>\n<p>As such, he noted, that it is imprudent for Col. Damoah (Rtd) to attack the integrity of the Special Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"300\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" allow=\"autoplay\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/1322165125&#038;color=%23ff5500&#038;auto_play=false&#038;hide_related=false&#038;show_comments=true&#038;show_user=true&#038;show_reposts=false&#038;show_teaser=true&#038;visual=true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCol. Damoah (Rtd) can\u2019t take himself out of this case. It is just too late in the day so the ad hominem argument that the Special Prosecutor is a small boy is neither here nor there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo he should accept because I don\u2019t see the grounds for the attack,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>On the back of this, Mr. Kpebu called on the Customs boss to apologise for his statements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe report having indicted him, it is expected that he will be angry and disappointed. And they are emotions, you can\u2019t run away from them in such matters.
