News emanating from the planning committee of the late 65 years old actor Waakye indicates that, his one week shall be celebrated exactly near the flagstaff House. Let’s note that it’s not going to be organised inside the flagstaff House but near it. The Accra Tourism Information Centre is the main venue. Waakye’s obituary poster was shared on social media by Diabolo who was there for him when he was sick.<\/p>\n

Ghanaians were shocked to the marrow after the death of Waakye was announced. Maame Dokono came out to announce that Waakye died as a result of no bed syndrome at the 37 military Hospital. Many people condemned her to be an old talkative because beds doesn’t cure sickness. If you’re taken to the hospital and doctors attend to you on time even on the floor, that doesn’t mean they didn’t do their job as suggested by Maame Dokono. <\/p>\n

Well, lets meet at the Ghana Tourism Information Centre near the flagstaff House on 26th August and celebrate our own Waakye. May his soul rest in perfect peace. <\/p>\n
