It reads; <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>For failing to confirm a change in the running order at least one hour to the competition, Ghana \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddedhas been disqualified from the men\u2019s 4\u00d7100-meter semifinals. Furthermore , the appeal of the Ghana Athletics Association\u2019s on the issue failed.
