Major General (Rtd) Francis Adu-Amanfoh to act as the Special Advisor to the President for the Accra Initiative. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to this, it was made clear that the newly Akufo Addo appointee, <span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87);\">Amb.
