So, we need to have it ready.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Elmina-Fish-Processing-Plant.png\" alt=\"Abandoned Elmina Fish Processing Plant to be incorporated into Elmina Fishing Harbour Project \u2013 Transport Minister\" class=\"wp-image-10032146792\" width=\"806\" height=\"605\"   title=\"Abandoned Elmina Fish Processing Plant to be incorporated into Elmina Fishing Harbour Project \u2013 Transport Minister\"\/><figcaption>Elmina Fish Processing Plant<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He asked the directors at the Ministry of Transport to liaise with the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development for an assessment to be done in order for it to be incorporated into the plan.<\/p>\n<p>Kwaku Ofori Asiamah expressed satisfaction with the rate of work currently ongoing at the site.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am really impressed with the quality and level of the construction that\u2019s being done. The contractors tell me they are about 89% complete with the project and they are sure by January, 2023, the project will be ready,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the controversy surrounding the New Patriotic Party\u2019s (NPP) claim that Cape Coast would get a harbor, the minister said that the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority has a master plan that specifies where ports should be located. Before we began this project, there were two breakwaters and we have worked on them. We have also done a huge reclamation of land from the sea.
